Gold is currently testing the upper limit of its medium-term bullish channel at 1416 suggesting a decline in the short term. However a breakout in this area will make an upward trend more violent.
According to previous events, the market indicates a bearish opportunity on the levels of 1416 with a 1st objective of 1404, then 1398. A breakthough of 1418 would invalidate this scenario.
