As expected, the 1.0000 has slowed down fast decline of the aussie. But the bears extended the downtrend; as a result the price has located near the lower limit of the 4-hour cloud. At the same time, all indicator’s short-term lines predict further decline. The growth of the Senkou Span B (2) might indicate that the cloud’s character will soon change to downward.
However, Chinkou Span is currently in the area of maximum deviation from the price graph. Thus, an upside bounce is possible.
H1
A 1-hour downtrend has still been applying. Here the Ichimoku cloud has downward character. At the same time, the Senkou Span A (1) is decreasing further and expanding the cloud’s range.
The Tenkan-sen and the Kijun-sen are also supporting the future downtrend and retaining the “Dead cross”, formed on Monday. The pair is likely to refresh local minimums in the next few hours, but after this a short recovery to the lower limit of the cloud is probable.
