Crypto Industry News:
Huobi's crypto platform has updated its user policy by banning cryptocurrency derivatives trading for clients in China.
According to the user agreement update, the ban on cryptocurrency derivatives trading applies to users in jurisdictions such as China, Taiwan, Israel and Iraq. Other banned countries include Great Britain (limited to retail customers), as well as min. Bolivia, Bangladesh and Ecuador.
The trade ban also complements long-standing bans from using the platform in places such as Hong Kong, Japan, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Canada and the United States, among others. The platform warned that users who breach these restrictions risk losing their account.
Huobi's ban on cryptocurrency derivatives trading for Chinese users is likely due to repeated attacks on cryptocurrencies by Beijing authorities.
Chinese authorities have raised the stakes in recent weeks, even attacking the mining sector, where nearly 90% of the country's Bitcoin miners have been forced to shut down.
Some companies have started moving overseas, with the BTC hash rate expected to drop when much of the network's computing power is offline.
The Huobi ban also likely reduces the options available to Chinese traders. Platforms like Binance and OKEx could be another place to trade highly leveraged cryptocurrency contracts.
Technical Market Outlook:
The BTC/USD pair has hit the level of $35,434, which is the local high from 25th June. The nearest technical support is seen at $33,602 and the technical resistance is located at $34,834.

Trading Recommendations:
The bulls are still in control of the Bitcoin market, so the up trend continues and the next long term target for Bitcoin is seen at the level of $70,000. Any correction or local pull-back should be used to open the buy orders. This scenario is valid as long as the level of $30,000 is clearly broken on the daily time frame chart (daily candle close below $30k).
