Christine Lagarde - the most likely new head of the ECB in November - very cautiously expressed the idea that the aggressively soft policy of the ECB from Draghi could be revised.
Britain: Blows raining down on Prime Minister Johnson one by one. Parliament banned him from leaving the EU without an agreement (we remember that Teresa May left because the Parliament did not approve the agreement). Now Parliament has banned Johnson from holding new elections. To top it off, Johnson's brother Joe announced his resignation from the government - due to disagreement with his brother's course.
Johnson is going to appeal to the people on Monday and demand new elections.
