Daily trading forecasts for January 24, 2013

EUR/USD: This pair continues to move sideways, not knowing where to head to. Very soon, either this week or next week, there will be a serious break out from this zone. This break will be out of the resistance line at 1.3350 or the support line at 1.3300. Really, a break to the upside is very much likely.

Daily trading forecasts for January 24, 2013

USD/CHF: The price is still trading below the resistance level at 0.9300, and moving sideways. The consolidation cannot last forever, so expect a breakout very soon. The USD/CHF will go a different way than the EUR/USD. However, given what the indicators are saying, a breakdown in the price is likely.

Daily trading forecasts for January 24, 2013

GBP/USD: The Cable still has a bearish signal on it, though it is also going in a consolidating mode. Basically, the price has been unable to break the accumulation territory at 1.5800 to the downside. When the expected breakout does occur, it might make the price go upwards. Otherwise, a break below the accumulation level of 1.5800 would push the price more downwards towards the accumulation territory at 1.5750.

Daily trading forecasts for January 24, 2013

USD/JPY: Although the price bounced upwards upon touching the demand level around 88.00, the Sell signal on the chart is still valid, given the positions of the indicators. The Price is still below the EMA 56, and the RSI period 14 is also below the 50 level. So when a sustained trending move does happen, it would likely be southward.

Daily trading forecasts for January 24, 2013

EUR/JPY: Roughly, the EUR/JPY cross has dropped by close to 200 pips in this week, posing a threat to the overall bullish outlook. The price hovers around the price zone at 118.00, and the RSI period 14 is suggesting some probable weakness in the near term. Should the consolidation to the downside continue, it might render the overall bullish outlook ineffectual.
