Silver is trying to recover from solid support near 21.65, but we need to see a break above minor resistance at 25.40 to confirm a solid low is in place for a rally towards 30.00 and ultimately a rally towards the all-time higher near 50.00.
That said as long as resistance at 25.40 is able to cap the upside, we can't exclude another test of solid support near 21.65 before the next rally higher.
