It was reported that he is going to stop issuing licenses for oil production on federal lands and on the coastal shelf, which disappointed a lot of oil companies. At the same time, Biden is a supporter of the Paris Climate Agreement and of course, America is joining it. This is good for oil, which will be supported in this way.
