Stock indices in Europe rose following strong growth in the US

As a result of trading, the British FTSE 100 index rose by 0.27% - up to 7585.46 points, the French CAC 40 - by 1.64%, up to 6515.75 points, the German DAX - by 1.62%, up to 14462.19 points .

As a result of the week, the FTSE 100 increased by 2.7%, CAC 40 - by 3.7%, DAX - by 3.4%.

CMC analyst Michael Hewson, cited by the Wall Street Journal, believes that positive dynamics on European markets contributed to the growth of US indices by 1-3%. The expert also believes that traders have paid attention to the slowdown in the growth of expenses of the American population, which is indicated by Friday's statistics.

Next week, investors from Europe will be waiting for preliminary data on inflation in Germany and the eurozone for May. German consumer prices are expected to rise 7.5% year-on-year after rising 7.4% in April. And in the Eurozone, annual inflation is projected to accelerate to 7.6% from 7.4%.
