As expected , EUR / USD rose and hit the first target level. This coincides with the plan presented last October 15 , which also stated that euro bulls should push the quote to 1.16500.

The pair moved by as much as 700 pips. As such, it would be best to close 2/3 of the positions and then hold 1/3 to the second target - 1.19.
