EURUSD is trading around 0.9822. Price got rejected at the Kumo (cloud) and is now breaking below it once again. Price is above the kijun-sen (yellow line indicator) support at 0.9815. A Daily close below the kijun-sen will confirm the bearish signal of the break below the Kumo. At 0.99 we find the resistance by the tenkan-sen (red line indicator). Price made an attempt earlier today to break above the cloud but got rejected. At 0.9960 we find the upper cloud boundary. Bulls need to break above this level in order to produce a bullish reversal signal.
