EUR/USD

Analysis:

The European currency has been extending its fall since the beginning of last year. The pair has reached the upper limit of a strong potential reversal zone. The unfinished wave section of the main trend has been developing since April 4. The middle part (B) of the wave structure is about to finish its formation.

Forecast:

In the coming days, the pair is expected to follow the downtrend. After completing a pullback to the resistance area, the price is likely to reverse and resume its decline.

Resistance:

- 1.0860/1.0890

Support:

- 1.0770/1.0740

Recommendations:

Today, the price is expected to decline further. In the first half of the day, a short-term flat movement is possible along the resistance zone. In the afternoon, trading activity may increase. A breakout below the lower boundary of the estimated support zone is unlikely today.
