After a strong collapse that was triggered by the inflation data in the US, the DAX corrected and traded near the yearly low. The reason was the ongoing gas crisis, as well as the approaching cold weather, which will affect energy companies.
Tomorrow's Fed meeting is likely to affect the index negatively.
Since recent price movements form a three-wave pattern (ABC) where wave A represents the bearish pressure last week, investors can enter the market by selling from the current prices up to the 50% and 61.8% retracement levels. Stop loss could be set at 13500, then exit the market on the breakdown of 12500.
