Daily trading forecasts (July 31, 2013)

EURUSD: The EURUSD pair continues to move sideways in what can still be sensibly called a bullish bias. The resistance line at 1.3300 remains under siege, and it could be breached to the upside, as the price would try to go further upside towards to the resistance line of 1.3350.

Daily trading forecasts (July 31, 2013)

USDCHF: This pair as well is trying to go on to test the support level at 0.9250. In the near term, any possible bullish corrections in the market are not supposed to take the price beyond the resistance level at 0.9350 (at least for the current bearish outlook to not be totally violated).

Daily trading forecasts (July 31, 2013)

GBPUSD: The cable is testing the accumulation territory at 1.5200, in what could rightly be called a clean ‘sell’ signal. This is really awesome, for the Cable and the EURUSD are supposed to be positively correlated somehow. The cable has gone down by over 180 pips this week, whereas EURUSD has rejected any bearish threats on it. It is thus sagacious to seek short trades in this market, as it can be seen that there is a Bearish Confirmation Pattern on the chart.

Daily trading forecasts (July 31, 2013)

USDJPY: This is also a bear market. The price is now trading below the supply level of 98.00 going towards the demand level of 97.00. This target is feasible, should the pair continue its current weakness.

Daily trading forecasts (July 31, 2013)

EURJPY: This popular currency instrument has also been going vividly southwards, being in a bearish mode. EUR that rejects being weakened against USD cannot resist being dragged downwards versus JPY. This shows the amount of stamina in JPY.
