The British pound has reached the target level of 1.3635. As of this morning, it is preparing to surpass yesterday's high to continue its rise toward the next target, the October 2021 peak at 1.3834.
The inner price channel line from January of this year is close to this level. The price has also moved above the MACD line, and the Marlin oscillator has settled in the positive zone. The trend is bullish.
On the four-hour chart, the price is consolidating just below the reached level of 1.3635. Consolidation above this level would allow the pound to develop its upward trend further.
