Migration crises and climate change consequences were discussed at forum among other imminent risks. According to the report of the World Economic Forum, those threats have developed a tendency to increase and reveal themselves in the new unexpected forms causing a very negative impact.
The analysts were especially pessimistic about mass migration. Climate change consequences, conflicts between countries and global natural disasters were also listed as potential threat for global economy.
For the first time the problem of climate change was top listed as it can cause significant harm to global economy during the next ten years.
The specialists underlined that mass extermination weapons, water supply problems, forced migration and energy prices instability should be also seen as a potential threat to the world’s economy.
