US President Donald Trump said his tax reform plan is being implemented ahead of schedule.
“The massive tax cuts/reform that I have submitted is moving along in the progress very well, actually ahead of schedule. Big benefits to all!” Trump said in a tweet.
Donald Trump’s tax reform plan was unveiled in April 2017. The proposal envisions slashing the tax rate paid by businesses to 15% from 35%. Moreover, the Trump administration wants to abolish unnecessary bureaucratic procedures and simplify the process of filling in tax declarations, thus promising to ease the tax burden for Americans. However, the plan contains little details, with all information about it fitting on a single sheet of paper.
Trump also pledged to introduce a new system of medical insurance, which would be much better than the one created during the presidency of Barack Obama.
