The Chinese authorities are planning to sell eurobonds. The reason for this step became a decrease in the cost of borrowings in the euro. In addition, the dollar bonds will also be sold. Similar events do not occur so often. Last time it happened in 2004. Nowadays, the average income rate of the euro-denominated bonds is less than 0.5%, which is close to the record low 0.23% achieved at the end of August. That is an excellent opportunity to enter the market. Regarding the dollar bonds, China came back to the market two years ago after 13-year break. According to experts, the Chinese economy, which grew at its slowest pace in 30 years in the third quarter, is another reason. In an attempt to somehow influence the situation, the country's authorities significantly increased spending, including issuing bonds of local authorities and financing of the government projects. In the first six months of the year, budget expenditures grew by more than 10%.
