U.S. government blackout

October 1, 2013 will leave its mark forever in the contemporary history of America. Another fiscal year has been over, but the new year has not arrived yet. The delegates of the two massive parties have not been able to come to an agreement. Thus, since today the U.S. is facing the shutdown, or the lockout of the government. The reason for such a course of events is that Republicans and Democrats have come to a deadlock on the essential financial document; the parties have been unable to resolve the disagreements over budget allocations and left the country without the budget. None of the drafts has been approved by the Congress. The previous shutdown occurred in late 1995. Meanwhile, numerous government officials are supposed to be placed on furlough. Most of the U.S. federal agencies are being closed down. During the partial government lockout, lots of vital services will be suspended due to the enforced leave of the agencies. So, national parks, museums, public art galleries, and zoos are going to be closed indefinitely. Moreover, the coast guard command has already started to furlough lifeguards and most of coast guard officers. The Federal Bureau of Investigations and the Federal Drug Agency will be operating with considerable financial restrictions for the time being. However, the lack of financial backing will not extend to the armed forces and civilians employed in the army. The U.S. troops will remain as they are deployed all over the world; they will be paid their wages according to the executive order. Air traffic controllers and airport security services are not going to face a no-pay status.
