While the whole world is bracing for the second wave of the coronavirus pandemic, US President Donald Trump is preparing for the upcoming elections. Ahead of the elections, there is no place for bad news. That is why Donald Trump provides its citizens only with positive information.
The latest positive piece of news is Donald Trump’s announcement that the US will be able to cope with the coronavirus even without a vaccine. Speaking to supporters in North Carolina, the US President said that the country would get rid of the virus faster than people think even without a vaccine.
At the same time, he emphasizes that the testing of the vaccine developed by US scientists was almost complete. “I heard very positive things, but by the end of the year, we think we’re in very good shape to be doing that,” Trump said of a potential vaccine.
Notably, this is not the first optimistic appeal of the American President to the public. Earlier, he said that the US was better in dealing with the virus than Europe and other countries. “In the months since the virus arrived, we’ve learned a great deal,” Donald Trump noted.
Apparently, experts are right saying that candidates may go beyond reality in their promises in the run-up to the election.
