Chinese spy company Huawei is still suffering from its criminal activities. The company has destroyed its reputation and continues losing clients. The fact is that the producer of electronic equipment is said to cooperate with the Chinese intelligence services.
Sweden has banned equipment from Chinese telecommunication firms Huawei and ZTE from its new 5G network. The companies are accused of spying on users. The Kingdom respects and protects privacy and personal data. Therefore, it considers China one of the most serious threats to the country. Sweden is not the first country that closed the door on China’s companies. Earlier, the UK government announced that Huawei would be completely removed from the UK's 5G networks by the end of 2027. Of course, such measures were welcomed by both the countries’ citizens and competing telecommunications companies such as Sweden’s Ericsson and Finland’s Nokia.
One country after another bans Huawei. Such a decision was caused by the irrefutable evidence of the company's cooperation with the Chinese intelligence agencies and spying on users. The United States placed Huawei on a trade blacklist and forbade it to supply the US market with technologies and components for deploying 5G networks.
