At 8.30 am ET Tuesday, U.S. CPI for February is set for release. Ahead of the data, the greenback traded mixed against its major counterparts. While it dropped against the euro and the pound, it held steady against the yen and the franc.
The greenback was worth 134.14 against the yen, 1.0727 against the euro, 1.2181 against the pound and 0.9112 against the franc as of 8:25 am ET.
