At 5:30 am ET Friday, UK S&P Global/CIPS composite PMI has been released. The pound changed little against its major rivals after the data.
The pound was trading at 1.2247 against the greenback, 159.04 against the yen, 1.1238 against the franc and 0.8801 against the euro around 5:35 am ET.
