U.S. building permits and housing starts for September have been released at 8:30 am ET Wednesday. After the data, the greenback changed little against its major rivals.
The greenback was trading at 149.70 against the yen, 1.0567 against the euro, 1.2193 against the pound and 0.8981 against the franc around 8:32 am ET.
