Chunghwa Telecom Sees Higher Revenues In FY24

Chunghwa Telecom Co., Ltd. announced on Friday that they anticipate a net income between NT$35.66 billion and NT$37.20 billion for the fiscal year 2024. This figure, attributable to the company's parent stockholders, represents a potential decrease of NT$1.26 billion or an increase of up to NT$0.28 billion compared to the previous year.

The company expects net earnings per share to range between NT$4.60 and NT$4.80, reflecting a decrease of NT$0.16 or an increase of up to NT$0.04 compared to the previous year.

For 2024, Chunghwa Telecom anticipates a total revenue growth between 2.4 percent and 3.1 percent, amounting to NT$228.54 billion to NT$230.19 billion. This growth is expected to be driven by increases in mobile communications, broadband access, and data communications revenues, as well as emerging businesses' expansion.

In the fiscal year 2023, the net income generated, attributable to the parent company's stockholders, was NT$36.92 billion, equivalent to NT$4.76 per share. The company's revenue stood at NT$223.20 billion.
