Analog Devices, Inc., a renowned integrated circuits manufacturer, announced on Thursday the appointment of Richard Puccio as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. The appointment is set to take effect on February 5th.
Puccio is slated to take over from Jim Mollica, who has been acting as interim finance chief after the departure of the previous CFO in May. Richard Puccio is joining Analog Devices, Inc. from Amazon Web Services, where he held the CFO position. Before that, he had an impressive near-29-year tenure at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Currently, in pre-market trading, ADI shares are up 0.71%, priced at $199.70 on the Nasdaq.
