In the fourth quarter, Dow Inc. reported losses of $105 million, a stark contrast to the earnings of $613 million in the same period last year. Their earnings per share (EPS) were also negative, recording -$0.15 in Q4 as compared to $0.85 in the same period last year. However, after adjusting for specific items, Dow Inc. reported adjusted earnings amounting to $306 million or $0.43 per share for the period. This slightly exceeded analysts' projection of $0.40 per share.
