Cannae Holdings, Inc. revealed on Monday that their Board's Chairman, William Foley II, will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Richard Massey. In light of these changes, Massey has been assigned the position of the Board's Vice Chairman. Concurrently, Foley will retain his role as Chairman.
