Wereldhave announced a direct result of 84.2 million euros for the full year 2023, an increase from the previous year's 79.8 million euros. The direct result per share also saw a rise to 1.73 euros from 1.63 euros. The buyers' profit jumped to 79.4 million euros, significantly up from 57.3 million euros. Likewise, the earnings per share increased to 1.97 euros from the former 1.43 euros.
The total revenue for the fiscal year also increased to 184.16 million euros from the preceding year's 162.67 million euros. There was an uptick in the net rental income to 126.42 million euros from 115.17 million euros.
Looking ahead to 2024, Wereldhave anticipates a direct result per share of 1.75 euros, despite the rising cost of debt.
