Kinnevik AB has confirmed its decision to sell its entire stake in Tele2 AB to Freya Investissement. This transaction will be made at a total cost of 13 billion Swedish kronor, which equals to 93.0 kronor for each class B share and 101.0 kronor for each class A share. Freya Investissement, an investment vehicle, is jointly operated by iliad and its Chairman and founder Xavier Niel through NJJ Holding. The sale would be carried out in three stages, with the first stage closing at 2.9 billion kronor. This acquisition of Tele2 will enhance iliad/NJJ's telecommunications operations across Europe.
