On Wednesday, Agrify Corp. (AGFY) shared its plans to price close to 6.7 million shares at $0.38 each, targeting to raise roughly $2.6 million. The generated funds will be channeled towards its working capital and other corporate-related ventures.
They project the close of this offering to be on February 28. However, it should be noted that Agrify's stock has seen a decline of 8.62 percent, currently trading at $0.47 from a previous closing value of $0.51 on the Nasdaq.
