SkyWest Inc., represented by the stock symbol SKYW, has declared a novel aviation agreement with United Airlines. This contract involves 20 E175s financed by a partner, and it is set to take place over a span of four years. The scheduled incorporation of these 20 E175s into the SkyWest fleet will occur throughout the course of 2024. This arrangement comes as a supplement to a previously declared agreement involving 19 E175s owned by SkyWest and United.
Further, SkyWest conveyed its strategy of working together with its significant airline partners to refine and perfect the schedule of imminent fleet deliveries that have been publicized.
Looking into the future, by the closing of 2026, SkyWest is set to operate a total of 278 E175 aircraft.
