European Economic News Preview: Eurozone Final PMI Data

The key economic updates due on Tuesday include the final composite Purchasing Managers' survey results from both the euro area and the UK.

At 2:45 am ET, France's statistical office INSEE is set to release industrial production data for January. Analysts predict a slight decline of 0.1% on a monthly basis, a contrast to the 1.1% increase witnessed in December.

Following that, at 3:15 am ET, the results of Spain's services Purchasing Managers' survey are anticipated. Experts predict the services index to show an improvement, increasing to 53.4 in February from 52.1 in the previous month.

Scheduled for release at 3:45 am ET, are Italy's services PMI results for February. Economic specialists anticipate an improvement in this sector, projecting the PMI to rise to 52.3 from 51.2 in January.

Final PMI survey results from France and Germany are expected at 3:50 am and 3:55 am ET respectively.

At 4:00 am ET, the final composite PMI survey data from the Eurozone is due. The composite reading for February is predicted to remain steady at 48.9, aligning with the flash estimate.

S&P Global is set to release the UK's final services PMI data at 4:30 am ET. The index is estimated to hold steady at 54.3 in February, consistent with the preliminary estimate.

Lastly, at 5:00 am ET, Eurostat is expected to publish the euro area's producer prices data. The prices are forecast to drop by 0.1% on a monthly basis, following a decrease of 0.8% in December.
