Sabre Corporation (SABR) revealed on Tuesday that Gail Mandel, previously an executive at Wyndham Worldwide and presently a member of Sabre's Board, has been chosen to be the non-executive Chair of the Board. Mandel is slated to succeed Sean Menke, who plans to retire from the Board ahead of the company's 2024 Annual Meeting. Mandel's role as Chair of the Board will be effective starting with the company's 2024 Annual Meeting, which will take place on April 24, 2024. Besides her duties as Chair of the Board, Mandel will also preside over the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee, and will serve on the Compensation Committee.
