The engineering firm, Leidos Holdings, Inc. (LDOS), has recently announced on Wednesday that it has entered a Strategic Collaboration Agreement, or SCA, with Amazon Web Services, commonly known as AWS. The purpose of this collaboration is to provide innovative services to their respective customers.
As per the terms of this agreement, Leidos will leverage services provided by AWS. These services include cloud computing, automation, AI, and enterprise data management, which will assist Leidos in improving innovation and efficiency.
This collaboration will particularly focus on multi-domain operations. This includes the integration of hybrid structures and the implementation of managed service consumption models.
Following this announcement, the pre-market activity for Leidos increased by 1.31%, reaching a stock value of $130.99 on the New York Stock Exchange.
