EverCommerce Inc. (EVCM) has announced its plans for selling fitness solutions to Jonas Software. The solutions, which include ClubOS, ASF, ClubWise, and My PT Hub, will be incorporated into the Jonas Software's solutions catalog. The transaction is expected to be completed in two phases.
The CEO of EverCommerce, Eric Remer, provided insights into this decision. According to him, their fitness solutions contribute less than 4% of the company's revenue forecasted for 2023, therefore making it the smallest vertical market opportunity for EverCommerce. He further stated that this strategic move would enable the company to primarily invest and focus on achieving growth in the business areas that present the largest markets opportunities.
