Logitech International SA, a renowned Swiss provider of computer peripherals and software, announced on Monday that its Chief Financial Officer, Charles 'Chuck' Boynton, has decided to leave the company to explore new ventures. Nevertheless, Boynton will continue serving in his role as CFO until the middle of May to ensure a seamless transition in the company. The successor to Boynton will be announced at a future date by Logitech.
Moreover, the company has restated its yearly financial guidance. They anticipate an adjusted operating income situated between $610 million and $660 million for the entire fiscal year. This is based on predicted sales ranging from $4.2 billion to $4.25 billion. An average estimate by fourteen financial analysts projects that Logitech will report a yearly revenue of $4.25 billion.
