In terms of Funds from Operations (FFO), the company reported $415.6 million or $1.96 per share. This is a significant leap from last year's FFO which was $289.1 million or $2.02 per share. Similarly, the Core FFO of the company escalated to $433.7 million or $1.96 per share from the last year's figure of $289.1 million or $2.02.
The company's revenue trend also exhibited a positive shift. From last year's $503.1 million, it grew substantially to $799.5 million this year.
Casting an eye toward the future, the real estate firm predicts that its FFO will fall between $7.53 and $7.83 per share. Furthermore, it anticipates a Core FFO ranging from $7.85 to $8.15 per share.
