On Friday, First Interstate BancSystem, Inc. (FIBK) announced the upcoming retirement of President and Chief Executive Officer Kevin Riley. Riley will continue to serve in his current roles until a new successor is appointed.
Riley's tenure with First Interstate began in 2013 when he joined as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He ascended to the positions of President and CEO in 2015.
The company has engaged a leading global executive search firm to manage the selection process for Riley's successor.
