Tegna Inc. (TGNA), a prominent media company, revealed on Monday the appointment of Michael Steib as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective August 12. Steib will be succeeding David Lougee, who is retiring from the position.
Currently, Steib serves as the CEO of Artsy, an online marketplace for discovering and acquiring art.
Additionally, Tegna's Board has appointed two new independent Directors, Catherine Dunleavy and Denmark West, whose terms will begin on July 1, 2024.
