The euro area's flash inflation data will be the focal point on Tuesday, marking an otherwise quiet day for European economic updates.
At 3:00 AM ET, Spain is set to release its unemployment figures. Expectations are that the number of unemployed individuals will fall by 50,900 in June, following a decrease of 58,700 in May.
At 3:30 AM ET, European Central Bank board member Luis de Guindos will address attendees at the ECB Forum on Central Banking 2024, held in Sintra, Portugal.
Italy's statistical office, ISTAT, will publish its unemployment data for May at 4:00 AM ET. The jobless rate is anticipated to remain unchanged at 6.9 percent.
At 4:30 AM ET, ECB board member Frank Elderson will also speak at the ECB Forum on Central Banking 2024.
Eurostat is scheduled to release the euro area's flash inflation figures for June at 5:00 AM ET. Overall inflation is expected to decrease slightly to 2.5 percent from 2.6 percent in May, while the core inflation rate is projected to decline to 2.8 percent from 2.9 percent the previous month.
