Allegiant Travel Company (ALGT) has announced that it has engaged Prospect Hotel Advisors, LLC to conduct a strategic review of its property, Sunseeker Resort Charlotte Harbor. Prospect Hotel Advisors will provide guidance on strategies to maximize the value of Sunseeker Resort. They are also known for advising Blackstone and other private equity and real estate funds.
Situated in Southwest Florida, Sunseeker Resort is a wholly owned subsidiary of Allegiant Travel Company and is considered a premier destination on Florida's Gulf Coast.
