EPR Properties (EPR) has announced its second-quarter financial performance, reporting adjusted funds from operations of $92.3 million, or $1.20 per share. This reflects a decrease from the previous year's figures, which stood at $100.1 million, or $1.31 per share.
Funds from operations (FFO) amounted to $93.2 million, or $1.21 per share, compared to $97.6 million, or $1.27 per share, in the same quarter last year.
Net earnings saw a significant increase, rising to $39.06 million, or $0.51 per share, from last year's $7.56 million, or $0.10 per share.
Analysts surveyed by Thomson Reuters had predicted higher earnings, estimating an average of $0.65 per share.
Revenue experienced a slight increase, reaching $173.1 million, up from $172.9 million the previous year.
