Behrman Capital, a private equity investment firm, announced on Thursday its agreement to sell its portfolio company, kSARIA Holdings, to ITT Inc. for approximately $475 million.
The transaction is anticipated to be finalized by the end of the third quarter of 2024, according to the company.
As of now, ITT's stock is experiencing a 1.34 percent decline, trading at $140.34 on the New York Stock Exchange.
