Pagaya Technologies Ltd. (PGY) announced on Monday the appointment of Ralph Leung as its new Chief Operating Officer and Chief Commercial Officer.
Leung will manage Pagaya's capital markets operations, monetization strategies, and AI-driven research functions.
With more than 25 years of experience, Leung most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at Achieve, a fintech company specializing in digital personal finance.
In pre-market trading on the Nasdaq, Pagaya's shares are priced at $12.00, reflecting a decline of 11.57%.
