Frontdoor, Inc. (FTDR) announced on Monday that Evan Iverson has been elevated to Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, effective August 1, 2024.
In his new role as Chief Operating Officer, Iverson will oversee the company's technology strategy and architecture. He will also be responsible for integrating and delivering technology in the company's service offerings. Additionally, Iverson will continue to handle the daily operational functions for the American Home Shield and Frontdoor brands, with an emphasis on enhancing the experiences of both contractors and members. He will manage relationships with the approximately 16,000 independent contractors who service American Home Shield and Frontdoor clients.
Iverson joined Frontdoor in January 2019 as Vice President of Operations and served as Senior Vice President of Contractor Engagement from August 2023 to December 2023. He ascended to the role of Chief Operating Officer in January 2024.
Prior to his tenure at Frontdoor, Iverson held senior leadership positions at Amazon.com, where he was the Senior Product Manager in Global Fulfillment Services, and at McKinsey & Co. as Associate Principal.
