OneConnect Financial Technology (OCFT) reported a net loss of RMB 17 million attributable to shareholders for the second quarter, a notable improvement from the RMB 41 million loss recorded during the same period last year. The net loss per ADS from continuing operations stood at RMB 0.46, in contrast to the RMB 1.13 loss reported previously.
Revenue from continuing operations experienced a 26.3% decline, falling to RMB 692 million from RMB 939 million the previous year. This decrease was largely attributed to strategic adjustments in the revenue mix.
