Dover Corp. (DOV), a renowned manufacturer and solutions provider, announced on Monday its acquisition of Criteria Labs, Inc., a company specializing in RF device and microelectronic engineering solutions. The financial terms of this transaction have not been disclosed.
Criteria Labs offers tailored RF device and microelectronic engineering solutions for high-reliability applications across several sectors, including space, aerospace, defense, commercial semiconductor, automotive, and medical industries.
