At 2:30 AM ET, the Federal Statistical Office in Switzerland will release the consumer price index for August, with inflation expected to decrease slightly to 1.2% from 1.3% in July.
Additionally, Hungary will publish its final GDP data. The economy is anticipated to contract by 0.2% quarter-on-quarter, as initially estimated for Q2.
At 3:00 AM ET, Spain is set to release its unemployment figures. Forecasts suggest a reduction of 6,300 in the number of unemployed individuals in August, following a decrease of 10,800 in the previous month.
Simultaneously, Switzerland will present its GDP data. Preliminary estimates indicated the economy grew by 0.5% quarter-on-quarter in Q2, up from a 0.3% increase in Q1. The State Secretariat for Economic Affairs is expected to confirm these initial figures.
