RingCentral, Inc. (RNG), a notable provider of trusted AI communications for businesses across various scales, announced that Chief Financial Officer Sonalee Parekh has resigned, effective September 10.
The company disclosed that Parekh has accepted a CFO position at a publicly traded firm that does not compete with, supply, or purchase from RingCentral. A search to identify a successor, encompassing both internal and external candidates, has been initiated.
