Mueller Water Products Inc. (MWA) has announced the transition of Steven Heinrichs from his roles as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Legal and Compliance Officer, with the change taking effect on December 31, 2024.
In addition, the company revealed that it has begun a thorough process with a top executive search firm to find a suitable candidate for the Chief Financial Officer position.
Heinrichs will continue to fulfill his duties as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Legal and Compliance Officer until a successor is named. Furthermore, he will be available to the company on a consulting basis until September 30, 2025, to ensure a seamless transition. Notably, Mueller appointed Chason Carroll to the role of General Counsel in August 2023.
